The W890i - what a piece of kit this is!
Being able to trial this handset was something we've wanted to do now for some time.
We travel a fair distance to work on the train, and for a phone, this is what music on the move is all about. We've stored thousands of tracks on the 2GB M2 card supplied, and with the Track ID service it's really easy to skip through songs to the ones that we really wanted to listen to. We also created a couple of playlists ensuring we got the music for the moods we were in with Senseme service within the phone. The quality of sound on the stereo headsets supplied with the W890i, and the ability to listen radio when ever we liked too, create a winner where music is concerned.
Putting the phone on the table in the pub, with its striking, slim, silver look, friends and family wanted to know what it was and what it was capable of, and were really impressed with the sound quality on the inbuilt speaker (which didn't surprise me being from the Walkman® range).
But it doesn't stop there, because the outside of the music, the 3.2 megapixel camera holds its own on the quality of shots taken when out and about.
We kept in touch online too with the Internet functionality, and Windows Live Messenger really did save us some money on texts. And the buttons are very easy to use.
A great looking phone that's sure to get people talking.
