20:20 gets new chief of finance

20:20 has appointed Nick Smith as chief financial officer following the resignation of Matthew Moulding this month.

>Smith starts next week. He joins from Saft Group, also owned by Doughty Hanson, which manufactures batteries for industrial and defence applications. Smith joined Saft as chief financial officer in 05. Moulding is leaving to focus on non-executive roles and investments in the e-commerce sector. 20:20 chief executive Meinie Oldersma said: “Matt has made an outstanding contribution. We welcome click to the group. He has a wide range of industry experience and a strong record in driving improved business performance.”
